Sydney, day1

A lovely day in Sydney,  arrived early after some dramas try to get to the airport.  Since when do co op taxis refuse to answer their phone? Had to race off to the Spencer hotel to get them to call a taxi, was late getting to the airport, and who wants to turn up late to the airport for an international flight?
Ah well got on flight quickly thanks to the self service terminals.

Sydney has turned on a stunning day, not too hot, blue skies and a truly lovely Saturday morning. Got on board the ship fairly quickly, but no cabin until 1 pm.
Have a nice view of the Opera house from my cabin as we headed out.
We had the usual drill prior to going, pulled out backwards by a tug, and then grabbed the pilot and we were away. Went to the restaurant,  and by the time the order was taken we were out of the heads,  and into the Tasman.
The pilot boat, it was cool watching the transfer of him off the ship after we cleared the heads, from where we had dinner.
The many historical sights leaving Sydney.
